  1. Annual Water Disinfection Change

    March 8, 2021 - April 12, 2021

    Beginning March 8, 2021, & continuing until approximately April 12, 2021, the City of Kinston will temporarily change the disinfectant used in the water treatment process from chloramines to chlorine. This is being done in coordination with the Neuse Regional Water and Sewer Authority & the other member utilities. Call our Customer Service Center at 252-939-3282 for more info.
