NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The City Council of the City of Kinston will hold a special meeting on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers located in the Municipal Building at 207 East King Street, Kinston,North Carolina.

The purpose of the meeting is for a closed session to consult with the city attorney and receive legal advice as permitted under G.S. §143-318.11(a)(3) concerning actions by the Hillcrest Farms Homeowners’ Association to seek legislation to have their neighborhood de-annexed from the City.
