[ARCHIVED] Kinston Fire & Rescue Revitalizing their Honor Guard

Kinston Department of Fire & Rescue will resume practice and rehearsal for the Kinston Fire & Rescue Honor Guard.  The Kinston Fire & Rescue Honor Guard will reconvene practices on the Last Friday of the Month for "A" Shift at 1730 hrs (5:30 PM) due to most of the Honor Guard Members work on that particular shift.  The Kinston Fire & Rescue Honor Guard will be refreshing in the honor ceremonies with facing movements, traditions, and techniques of the trades.  The Kinston Fire & Rescue Honor Guard consists of Three Flag Bearers, two guardsman, a Bagpiper, and Presenter.  The Kinston Fire & Rescue Honor Guard provide any Community Flag Detail Services, Flag Folding and Presentation Services, Pall-bearing Services, as well as Casket Guard Duties for all Fallen Fire Line of Duty Deaths, and former local firefighters honors.
