The Kinston Department of Fire and Rescue has opened the Hiring Process and is in search of Candidates with the North Carolina Firefighters Certification, or has graduated from an accredited Fire Academy. The Candidate must be at least 18 years of age, can pass a criminal background check, and has graduated from High School or has a GED.
