Angella Williams

History & Role

Angella joined the City of Kinston in 2019 as the Administrative Assistant for the Water Resources Division within Public Services. In 2022, she transitioned to the Finance Department, where she was promoted to Purchasing & Warehouse Manager.

In 2023, she joined the Kinston Police Department and now serves as the Administrative Manager I, overseeing administrative operations and supporting departmental efficiency.

Education

Angella began her studies in Psychology at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, in 2011. In 2022, she returned to school to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
