Permit Applications & Related Forms

Complete permit applications are required for all permits. The applications may be emailed to planning@kinstonnc.gov or mailed to the address at the top of the application or applied for in person at City Hall, 207 E. King St. in Kinston. We accept credit cards and checks.

Fire Inspections and Permits

The City’s fire inspections and permits are handled by the Kinston Fire Department. Visit their page here to schedule a fire code inspection and view related permits.
